How can I find the nearest available charger?
In the HyperionGrid web app, under "Stations", you can search for charging points near you. The app shows in real time which bays are free, the connector type and the cost of charging.
Can I start and stop charging through the web app?
Yes. HyperionGrid lets you start and stop charging remotely. You can follow the session's progress and get a notification as soon as it is complete.
What payment methods does HyperionGrid support?
The HyperionGrid web app supports the most secure payment methods, Apple Pay™ and Google Pay™. You can view and manage your payments in the "Wallet" section.
What do I do if I have a problem with a charging station?
If you run into a problem with a charging station (it is not working, or there is a connection fault), you can report it from the web app.

HyperionGrid electricity rate €0.45 / kWh
Electric vehicle drivers pay for the energy they use, quickly and easily, through the HyperionGrid app.
*Paying your electricity provider remains the customer's own responsibility. Final HyperionGrid network rates are set solely by the company.We offer flexible partnership models for acquiring your equipment, shaped around your needs.
Purchase: Buy your own charger at a discount off our official price list.
Leasing: Take the equipment with a small deposit and monthly installments.
Equipment on loan: Get the equipment completely FREE on contracts of 10 years or more.
We offer two core software packages, depending on how your station is used.
HyperionGrid management: €30.00 per quarter for AC chargers, €80.00 per quarter for DC chargers.
RFID card pack: A one-off charge from €10.00 up to €200.00 for a pack of 130 cards.

Download the HyperionGrid app from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account, add your payment details and you are ready to charge.
Choosing your car model helps the app give you more accurate information about charger compatibility, estimated charging time and the maximum charging speed your vehicle supports.
Open the HyperionGrid app and use the map to see the nearest available charging stations. You can filter by connector type, charging power and availability.
We recommend finding another available charging station in the app and reporting the problem to Hyperinso customer support.
